Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Strikers episode 20 - 23 (i guess, yeah somewhere between that), cyborg girl Ginga Nakajima was heavily injured (i mean beaten to mush) and captured by the enemy, then got remodel + reprogrammed by the enemy boss, she then gotten enlisted to the "dark side" and fist fight with her lil'sis. At the same time little loli Vivio got manipulated by Quattro and turn into Dark Vivio and fight with the main char who is her self-proclaimed mother. On another battlefield, Lutecia Alpine also got manipulated by the above Quattro and fight with the heroes side.

and yeah, just imagine a typical magical girl world where a bunch (i mean, dozen, or dozen dozen) magical girls fighting each other (....with magical middle-aged men) in an all out war, like star wars, yeah, just like that, yeah.... so the plot is deep and quite bored except for those scene i mentioned, have fun watch lel.
I liked the Nanoha Strikers' plot, is slow paced but is nice to see all that world building.

About that scenes, Ginga was the mindless drone style when Vivio was a disorted reality (She is still herself but her perception became chaotic).

It is actually stated that all 13 combat cyborgs are mind controlled under the Dr. total command with Uno + Quattro next in line, the summoner girl Lutecia also got controlled in the last fight. Based on wikia, the mind control was a side effect of fusing the dark matter ( dunno how it is called) to their core

Ps: fun fact, the Dr place his seed(ehhh,..sperm, lel) into every of his cyborgs' worms, excluded Ginga for reasons, so he could be mister Voldermort in case he failed and his main body dies in process but one if the cyborgs happen to escape, the infant can grow to adult in weeks - quite... fucked up if i have to say

I need to watch that season again because I thought most of them did it with free will but they just didn't know another way to live and at the end of the season they received a rehabilitation treatment learning basic stuff, but now that you say that, I have my doubts.

Oh yeah... that guy was a sick bastard.

Since the beginning of the series, all cyborg are controlled? Or was there a sequence?

Yeah according to the wiki they aren't cyborgs until their cores are fused with the element, which is the medium for mind control. After the fight, part of the group with the element removed is attending to the rehabilitation program held by Ginga, so you can assume they only obey the orders or at least got persuaded to do so by some extent.

Sadly my assumption seems to be incorrect. So it is true that the Relic emit powerful energy to the mages plus makes the user's mind susceptible to the Dr. influence + mind control, however there's no evidence it is used onto the number cyborgs, who either are clones of the Dr (1st fours) or born to be (thus making them all possess their abilities from the start and doesn't require the Relic to function). Furthermore, finding the Relics are their sole purpose of being created so it would be quite weird if they are used on them. That so, the Cyborgs are more likely to be persuaded by the Dr. false truth rather than being corrupted like I thought =.=' (though it's still bugging me on how they are so loyal to him even after some doubt has been cast, in case of the 5th Cinque who followed him 8 years before the event of the series, still obey him till the end of the battle, even though she knew her doing was wrong, #wtf).

So only Ginga, Vivio and Lutecia are confirmed mind controlled, Ginga was brainwashed to be a mindless droid, while Vivio and Lutecia were influenced and confused to be enraged for combat. All three were subjected to the respective Relics (in case of Vivio and Lutecia) who all be freed by a devastated bombardment of magic to break the Relics without harming the subjects
i remember a mc scene in star wars rebels its when darth maul and erzra go to dalthomir (nightsisters planet) forget the episode title though
Just as a heads up, the My Hero Academia anime is going to air Shinsou's fight pretty soon. That is, this guy:

It's likely to be only one episode, and he won't show up again for a long time (still hasn't in the manga.) Still, Shinou's a cool guy and there'll be a good amount of blank eyed obedience.

Oh, that was as I remembered it. Most of them were just manipulated because they didn't know another way of living. That would explain why he chose turn Ginga into a mindless drone unlike the other Cyborg Girls.

I was off on the dates and which episode it actually was, but anyway it has now aired if anyone is interested.

Boku No Hero Academia/My Hero Academia, season 2, Episode 20.
...I may have sketched blank eyes Midoriya straight after watching this episode.
have we brought up kirby right back at ya episode six? Dedede introduces tv to mind control the inhabitants of cappy town
The whole Clockwork Planet series which is currently on screen is spiraling around master-slave concept starring Naoto with RyuZU and AnchoR, although it is more on the machinery/robotic control + consensual side with both of our subs willingly considered themselves as "slave" (i mean, literally slave, registered, in their memory, like us owning a computer or robot that's all, no mind control and such :P) + the main char is just a kid with kind heart in his puberty (so no dirty mind like us, sorry :P). At such, I do believe our author-sensei is one of us and they're trying very hard to imply their fetish to the series with all the YourSlave, master's property, no free will blar blar blar... (all those phrase is written in the script so, yeah, they're one of us XD), happy checking :P

ps: latest episode 7 screening AnchoR enter her "no free will" mode and stand at attention for 3 mins, which is gonna be hype for any child loli out there (thousands year old but with a child body and mind so... still child porn material, so use on your own accord :P ).

Bonus: AnchoR was actually mind controlled in the last 2 episode by the mask she wears, the mask was big and dull and cover all the upper face though, so no eyes effect were shown (sad).

Another thing is there will be at least 2 more automatons that has been confirmed considering AnchoR was the 4th and youngest of all. Those 2 will also be less likely to have free will as such RyuZU was the only one made with free will plus with strongest cognitive function :P. Sadly even the light novel has stopped in 2015 leaves the series hanging so their appearance in the anime will more likely to be nil.

I can't wait to see this episode in English dub. :^P
Tsugumomo episode 6 featuring mind control through galge, bad guy turns his whole school to a galge then makes a move with main heroine, raises her affection, intent to make her his mate. Main heroine started to ignore main protagonist and follow the bad guy around, the last scene shows her almost being captured by the galge with mind controlled purple glowing blank eyes in happy trance.

anime overall, fun and relaxing, not really that compelling though for mainly it's aiming for high school teenagers and lower, main heroine design wasn't really good with silly Kyoto shrine maiden hair cut, much like what we see in kid series like Yugioh and such :p (which personally I'm not interested in :p)
