I was just letting it stand until someone who knows how to read japanese names better than me came along. My best guess is "kanai_maya" but I'd be more confident betting on a coin flip.

In recent games there are always-on "abilities". Kangaskhan has <<bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Parental_Bond_%28Ability%29|Parental Bond>> which can boost damage, and Hypno may have the <<bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Insomnia_%28Ability%29|Insomnia>> ability, which prevents being put to sleep.
The joke is that Hypno is forcibly swapping abilities.

One of hypno abilities is insomnia.

There is an attack called "Skill Swap" that makes the user exchange Abilities with the target, and hypno can learn this attack via breeding.

It's using that attack against a mega kangaskan, and the artist illustrated the effect as him hypnotizing the baby kangaskan to fight at his side against the mother.

OH ok I didn't know he could learn Skill Swap so I didn't get why the Khan would've got Insomnia.
