bah, they have text, clearly indicating they're present but off screen; removing them seems silly, but I guess that's what we do

This particular topic came up in the Official Tags Thread a week or so ago, and an official decision was reached on the matter.

So, yep, we don't tag characters just because the text on an image says they're there.
