I'm a little rusty on my spanish, but I'm wondering: Does "deber" mean both "should" as well as "must"? Is the distinction only apparent from the context, or is there a more specific way to express an obligation (must) relative to a positive suggestion (should)?

I'm no native spanish speaker, but I love languages, and keep reading "deber" as "should". Is that incorrect?
