There's a couple of other ones like this by the artist on the site, but I don't have the links handy.

Translating the four options, they are:
1) Your (the possessor's) consciousness is in control, her consciousness is still present
2) Your (the possessor's) consciousness is in manipulating from behind the scenes, her consciousness is still present
3) Your (the possessor's) consciousness is in complete control, no access to her memories
4) Your (the possessor's) consciousness is in complete control, there is access to her memories

The artist says that 3 is his favorite, but I would have to say 2 is more my cup of tea.

Danbooru has a pool of them. It's called Situation Attribute Series, I believe. Anyway, I've never been a fan of pure possession so gotta go with number 2.

The Danbooru Pool is missing the majority of them as it got only 17/45 so manually searching his pixiv works out better

Um would "Common Sense Conversion" count as Mind control as some of the other things with that tag are coming up as hypnosis. My gut says that might me along towards Morals changes/corruption which would definitely be MC
