...so you'll want to put in a trap or sissy tag for this pic.

Could've sworn trap was already there...
Is sissy appropriate for this? I always understood it as a sort of forced-fem thing, not every character with a wanger who happens to dress as a woman.
personally I wish we had a different tag name for this sort of thing, but y'know, porn host naming conventions
Well, I'm not 100% clear on our tag defs in this specific place, but the generality I've experienced has been to is that 'sissy' (as a fetish thing) refers to specifically male subs being humiliated by being forced to dress and act in extremely effeminate (often promiscuous) ways, whereas 'trap' is a recently-coined, sometimes-considered-derogatory general term for 'basically anyone crossdressing/transgender/etc'.
Basically if you searched 'sissy' you'd probably expect to see every dolled-up boy wearing pretty pink or excessively smutty girl outfits or lingerie doing things like being bimbo-fied or talking about loving cock and if you searched 'trap' you'd see every single character who's crossdressing.
That said it's 5:30 AM and I'm hyped on caffeine after an all-nighter installing a buttload of things including the entire Windows 7 OS onto a new HD and this is a picture comments section in the middle of nowhere so this would probably be more useful of a discussion to have in the tagging thread. God knows I don't know how things are already categorized and god knows I don't want to be the housekeeper who'd have to go and re-tag all that for the one person and an unknown number of lurkers who care.
I'm also thinking of possibly going back and animating this since it's probably abstract enough to survive GIF compression.
Yeah, I'd say "sissy" is inappropriate as Rui is genuinely transgender or at least genderqueer. ("Trap" is also pretty inappropriate as a slur but that's apparently how it's done around here so I ain't gonna make waves.) She dresses and identifies as a woman when it's suitable to her state of mind and emotional needs, and is generally one of the better depictions of a transgender character I've seen in anime.

I've always just used trap to refer to effeminate dressing men who still identify as men, with the exception of cd friends that refer to themselves as traps. I believe we have a cross-dressing tag but I'm not familiar with the character.
I have used trap in the past when its not clear in image context though. And I think someone ended up tagging it as sissy as well.

I'm not too familiar on the definition differences, but I thought sissy was an implicated tag from trap. I was wrong :P
What exactly would be the definition? It might be a good point to bring up in the tags thread in the forum.
