She's been in five episodes.

She was the power source for that magic mirror that the Gems gave Steven. After he freed her she tried to use the Ocean as a space elevator to reach the Homeworld. She shows up for a brief moment to warn Steven (not so much the Gems) that the Homeworld was sending two Gems to Earth. After Jasper and Peridot reach earth they abduct Steven and the Gems, and Lapis is shown to be a prisoner as well, and at the end of the episode fuses with Jasper and drags the two of them to the bottom of the sea. She then shows up most recently when Steven mentally connects with her in a dream.

you really need to watch all the episodes of the show before asking thee kinds of questions. lapis is kind of an important character.
