Sequal to a previous piece. Now this is her hallucination during what's actually going on. In reality she has a chip on her neck that's affecting her perception/actions. So even though we can't see the chip, does this still deserve the tech control tag?

Nah, I believe the rules are to tag what's visible. Unless it's a text manip, in which case you tag the control methods described in the text.

Somebody deleted my hallucination tag and put a tag for illusion. Since this is in her head (more of a daydream) an nobody else can see it doesn't hallucination fit better than illusion?

Those nails and hands are perfect o_o, and I was just watching Cyborg 009 yesterday, wtf.

Also I would think the tech control tag would still apply here, but I'm no authority. ^^;
