So, that's not Batman, it's Batwoman. Kate Kane. Her make up is usually like that sans the smile. She isn't being corrupted, she's being raped.

she doesn't look like she's being raped - she doesn't appear sad, frustrated, or angry... at most, she might be resigned? But there are no marks on her, he's not holding her down at all, that make-up is simplistic but not something done in the middle of a fight - the make up and lack of resistance suggests corruption

I think this would constitute a "costume" change to the jokers signifier, indicating corruption

there's also the matter that she's a staunch lesbian, though while cannon is often tossed out the window for porn, might yet be another indicator of being MC'd

while I agree its borderline, for my 2 cents, I'm inclined to think it should stay

I admit, rape was a pretty broad stroke I put there. However, it's still extremely borderline.
