Silvia and Reppy were a duo of rather successful highwaymares who’d use a mix of smarts and sex appeal to ambush lone or small groups of stallions in the wasteland.
Reppy would usually handle most of the talking and persuasion - often getting friendly with her victim and lulling them into a false sense of security, while Silvia was often in charge of the robbery, ambush and hold up itself.

One day they spotted a lone stable dweller carrying a peculiar looking weapon in the distance, thinking he was another easy prey they made their move.

They were wrong.

mesmetron, fallout 3. MEANT to scramble a persons brain to make them suggestible. and it does work.....some of the time, it has a better chance of making their brains violently pop like zits.

side note, this is also the closest thing to successful mind control fallout gets, everything else was and should remain a cataclysmic ,nightmare fuel creating failure.

There is this weird gas that the Operators test in Nuka World. I've never seen it in action however, because i never work with the raiders. >.<
