When I first saw this in the show, I got a chub.

I remember hearing that her outfit in the magna was black and white circles/bullseye marks. It was censored in the anime, for seeming too suggestive towards her breasts. So, that would have made it even more hypnotic.

Yup. You can see it on the OP Wiki.

It is odd that Vivi never used this move after this episode/chapter, even when her Miss Wednesday techniques would have helped in the later fight against Baroque Works.

I KNOW! I thought it was gonna be her signature move.

I was kinda pissed when she left the crew (after I had a case of the feels), and she didn't use it ever again. I needed the fetish fuel, man. And then Robin (sort of) randomly joined, and now she's my favorite crew member.
