Seems pretty easy to me. Does the picture contain a direct statement of "Gender A is/should be superior/inferior to Gender B" in it?

Other than that, tagging text related stuff always was a bit tricky. Most of the time only stuff that is visible in the picture is tagged and only people that are really hating a certain element complain in the comments of that picture and tag it while most other people are fine with it just not being an visible element. I agree with Mindwipe's statement that it would be extremely hard to make this happen - unless you start a personal crusade.

A lot of people on the internet in general these days falsely claim to be for equality. Most of those people are really just turning the tables so THEY are the ones with the advantage because they have such an inferiority complex.
This is probably just me being skeptical, but I've come across a lot of people who claim to be about equality when really, they're just being selfish. I'll try not to get too much into politics, since this isn't the site for it, but lately, seeing that around has just been pissing me off.

Hardly. There are plenty of M/F-dom pictures that don't go into outright degredation of an entire sex. It IS possible to dominate someone without insulting or degrading them.
