Looks like she's got the heart eyes, which are implications of MC. Don't know much about RWBY but it could be canonically MC.

Well I think that her eyes in the beginning look like normal eyes, but near the end become dull and empty then after that they're are glowing heart eyes, so I'm pretty sure that technically counts.

I'd actually say this and the yang picture are less mind control/hypnosis and more "this character has been fucked silly and I'm adding heart eyes to show how much they love it"- thing the artist seems to like doing.

Technicalities aside this really doesn't have the feel of mental domination by actually dominating the persons mind, just their body through sheer copious pleasure.

First of all glowing eye still count but in this case doesn't due to the fact certain fact that a character known for having glowing eyes (cinder) is part of it.

Cinder and Salem naturally have glowing eyes. And when it comes to Heart eyes, they aren't exclusively a symbol of hypnosis. A lot of artists simply use them as an indicator of overwhelming pleasure.

Circumstances in the image being what they may, I can totally see why some would see this as MC. Even ignoring glowing eyes, it has a few bits of symbolism that are commonly attributed to MC, so, I feel it's close enough.
