Simply put, Rin's and Luvia's consciousnesses got transferred elsewhere, and puppet consciousnesses under the control of the Ainzberns were put in their bodies. Same thing happens to Illya, though her consciousness is placed in a bear plushie's with hair similar to hers.
She's able to take control of the plush body due to her imagination. :P

yes it did. it happened to the boys. it almost happened to Raven and Starfire, but thanks to Raven's quick thinking, they were saved, but they ended up in each other's bodies
