Adding a new character tag is basically artist:name. So in your case, artist:Emphaticpikachu_(manipper). After it is created if you use the same tag again you can drop the 'artist:' in front (that is basically what makes the tag yellow).

As for the empty eyes, they're pretty good seeing as you just started. I look forward to more from you =P
