Sorry this took later than usual to get out. Just couldn't make up my mind on anything and scrapped a load of ideas before coming up with this. HUD's a little messy but passable I guess. Hope you enjoy this.

Bring some nice fruit…?” You swatch the spider warily as you back off deeper into the cave, your party close behind as she watches you and licks her lips slowly. “Of course of course, just be wary dears, the cave is dark and full of… pleasures, if you know where to find them.” Her grin was positively predatory featuring two needle sharp fangs. “And a few of them might just find you…” with that the creature took one step towards you with one of those eight long powerful legs, then another, before barreling towards you with terrifying speed. With a shriek of terror you and your group bolted deeper into the dark, running with all your strength. Until your feet only met empty air. The fall was long, but you don’t remember most of it, nothing after the fearful blow to the head you took after the first ten feet. You weren’t sure how far you’d fallen, you weren’t sure where your friends were, you weren’t even sure where the torch had gotten too. But you were sure that your head hurt terribly and you needed to be anywhere but here.
Not daring to risk calling out and alerting anything unsavory you slowly felt your way through the near total darkness, guided only by small pools of light cast by faintly fluorescing fungi. Nothing appeared to be broken, nothing of yours anyway, masses of webs had entangled you from the fall down and any attempt to remove them seemed to just spread them across your body more evenly. Though they hadn’t restricted your movement, yet, they did give off the same musky scent of the Arachnae and it wasn’t long until your head was spinning from the heady fumes. The only thing keeping you sane being the soft song of the mermaid still echoing in your mind. Bolstered by the tune you managed to struggle forward, picking tunnels at random straining for any hint of breeze or the soft skitter of eight approaching legs. Before long the effort had you puffing, taking in more and more of the spiders scent, you tried to hum the mermaids tune, to keep it fresh in your mind, but you could never keep it quite straight, concentrating was getting harder and harder and before long you were wandering nearly aimlessly. Barely registering that you needed to be headed upwards, but whether that was because that was the way out or because that yummy spider girl was up there was anyone’s guess.
Mylani moaned, bringing her hand up to her head and bringing it away sticky, though thankfully with spiders silk rather than the expected blood. It was soft though, and it smelled nice, she brought it up to her face and gave it a better sniff, it was familiar, comforting, and it made her head spin deliciously, moaning for a different reason she decided it would make a lovely sleeping bag. “Melanie, Alice you have to try this st- where’d you go…?” she stood up slowly, looking around in the pale darkness for her friends. “Guys… I’m not supposed to be alone remember? You said it wasn’t safe for me to be alone, that my head was all messed up from... Her.” The stricken girl shivered at the memory of that last encounter, of what had been done to her, of what she’d been made to do… “But you aren’t alone little one,” came the voice from above, eliciting a small shriek from the unsuspecting girl below. “I’m with you, and you’re with me, and we’re about to get to know each other sooo much better.” “Who’s there??” Mylani cried out, backing into a web covered wall, not noticing as it began slowly dissolving her clothing, “Are… are you here to help me? I need to get back to my friends, they keep me safe, do you know where they are?” her voice was small and confused, eyes blindly searching in the dark. “Oh I know exactly where they are my sweet little morsel,” the spider crept silently down the wall just above her, fangs gleaming as she closed down on her prey. “I’ll go fetch them soon, but first I have to make sure you’re safe don’t I? These caves can be scary for poor confused girls.” “it is a bit…” she noticed the nice smell growing stronger, her nostrils flared as she unconsciously breathed deeper, her mind too muddled to notice the useless front of her outfit had just fallen to the floor in front of her. “But isn’t it dangerrrrrrrrmmmmnnn” Two sharp things had sunk into her neck she realized belatedly, it hurt at first but now she just felt… nice. The girls eyes fluttered as she fell into the waiting grasp of the predator. “There now, isn’t that better juicy one? No more nasty cares or worries for you. Just warm comfy bliss…” the creature slowly wrapped her catch into a cocoon, nice and tight, making sure to leave the most important bits exposed of course. No fun in a toy you can’t properly access and play with. Mylani could only moan and agree with the beautiful creature who had freed her from the burdens of movement and will. She couldn’t really remember what she was agreeing too, but she knew that Mistress kept her safe and warm and comfy, that was what was important. She was soon hung up beside many other wriggling cocoons, she felt lucky to be able to join such an honored group as Mistresses chosen and she couldn’t wait to fulfill her purpose, and the spider girl feasted like a queen.
You stumbled out into the noonday sun, clothing in rags from the effects of the webbing, barely clinging to your mission and not the voracious need between your legs. Melanie followed soon after in just as poor of shaping, muttering something about barely escaping a mushroom girl. Valerie was waiting for you, flushed, quite obviously aroused, but mostly clear headed. Mylani however never appeared, though her ecstatic moaning echoed forth to inform you of her fate, and rang in your ears for quite some time after.
I am officially at a loss. None of the 3 options seem that great - "Fight your way through" sounds like a prime way to exhaust ourselves, offering one of the weaker girls as collateral is too callous, and 'let her enjoy her meal' sound like it'll just drive up our lust. We just lowered that, gatdangit.
Mind you, between the 4 of us we'll absolutely be able to subdue her. She's got the same kind of stats as any one of us when it comes to fighting, but I predict a cost to it.
It might be callous, but I think offering one of the girls could be a strong option here. In past scenes, one of the other girls submitting first spelled our doom, as they then joined forces with whomever was attempting to seduce us and turned the tide in their favour. At worst, we could be denying future enemies a pawn, and at best, whoever we give her to sate herself with might be returned to us having learned valuable lessons that will make them less likely to be someone else's prey in future.
EDIT: I'll also amend that, on the sub side of things, making an offering likely means getting so see things from the perspective of our poor sacrifice, so its a possible way to get a submission scene without suffering the ill effects of one.
TLDR: OFFER UP OUR WEAKEST MEMBER, THERE IS NO WAY TO BEAT THE SPIDER IN A FIGHT ON HER TURF AND WILL JUST LEAVE US ALL AT THE MERCY OF A VINDICTIVE, PISSED OFF SPIDER AS OPPOSED TO JUST MYLANI AT THE WHIMS OF A HORNY ONE. AND THE PARTY WILL BE STRONGER FOR HER ABSENCE. ALSO, SEXY SPIDER SUBMISSION, EVERYONE WANTS TO SEE THAT RIGHT?
I sincerely think we should offer up Mylani to her. Here me out here. We need to fight smarter not harder.
IF WE FIGHT:
It is a one sided fight, but not the way you think. Let's look at the stats, we have 3 Strength each, she has 3 and but there's only one of her, we win right? Wrong! She also has 2 Speed and 3 Stealth and this makes all the difference. She's as strong, is far faster than us and far stealthier. Take a lesson from boxing, you can have a punch that shatters titanium, but it doesn't mean shit if you can't connect, and you'll never be able to see, let alone hit her.
And that's not even taking into account the choice of battleground or her unique spider abilities. We're in her lair, the place where a spider is most powerful, she has a stupendous home field advantage. It's dark and cramped and we're limited to the floor while she can climb the walls. And then you bring her webs into play. It'll be laid all over to entangle us, and she only has to spray us once herself and we're even slower and even easier pickings.
The art of war is never ever fighting a battle on the terms the enemy sets. If we fight, we're doing exactly what she wants us to do, why do you think she's so confident? It's because her prey practically ensnares itself when it tries to resist and fight. This is an unwinnable battle and an even worse choice then just straight up submitting to her. At least that way it'd be somewhat on our terms and we wouldn't run the risk of pissing her off and making her go full vore.
You people voting fight must never have read a spiderman comic, because this is every one of his fights ever, and Spidey always wins over The Rhino or whoever with speed, mobility, stealth and webbing..

Right now, Mylani is useless to the party and a liability. The only thing she does better than Melanie is disabled, and Melanie is only one point less in that field. She's dead weight slowing us down and doing nothing but increasing the chances of a party member being turned on us. If we use our greatest strength, diplomacy, to trade Mylani for safe passage (giving the spider what she wants), we GET FRIGGIN SAFE PASSAGE TO THE WITCH DOCTOR, we end this encounter positively, potentially gaining an ally, we trim the fat of the group, Mylani may even come back enhanced and with unique skills from the spider and most importantly, WE GET AN UBER HOT SPIDER SUBMISSION SCENE, which is awesome in it's own right, but also secures the submissive vote so it's a shoe in.
And for all you softies out there, you really think Mylani is going to be that upset about getting to fuck a spidergirl for a while (best case) or becummimg her sex slave (bestest case)? Bound up all tight in that silk and used for days on end... Mmmm. It's pretty much the best "bad end" there is.

I don't think we can win this if we fight. Offering ourselves on the other hand is also a way to lose our strength for when the island spirit comes back.
I think the option is logical, but can we also choose whom to "sacrifice"? Would Valerie make good work of her?
I'm voting fight because while logically speaking offering up Mylani is the right move, I'm not heartless enough to just toss her aside.
Also depending on how the scene is written, it could hurt our group in some ways as well. If it's a group decision to make the sacrifice fine, but what if our protagonist takes initiative and sacrifices Mylani without discussing it with the others? How do you think that's going to affect how they view/trust the protagonist? And if they don't trust us and have animosity towards us, don't you think the island spirit is going to take advantage of that?
Mylani is the weak link in the party at the moment, but by getting rid of her we may make another member more inclined to turn on us. We can account for the known factor of Mylani being easily turned, that's a threat we are perfectly aware of both in and out of the story. Our protagonist can plan ahead for that. We can't plan for one of the other girls getting turned on us because she wasn't happy about the sacrifice and this left an opening for the spirit.
As for the just letting her have her meal option... that'd be the easiest way to get through, assuming she lets us go once she's full and doesn't just keep us as an eternal food source... or literally eat us. But we'd sacrifice the boost the mermaid just gave us and we're probably going to need that in the near future.
