To add images to a pool you need to go to My Account in the top bar, then select Settings and enable Advanced Editing. Once you've done that, when viewing posts, "Add to pool" should be present as an option on the left, just beneath "Add to favorites".
"Your" is used to show possession, as in, something belongs to you ex. Your brain, Your hour, Your mistake, etc.
"You're" is a contraction of "you are" and is used in situations that you could use the words "you are" ex. You're making an error, You're not allowed to do that, etc.
