This was an MP4 a few people posted on Hypno Furs in Telegram, I had to convert to a gif to upload it seemed like. I have been unable to find who the artist is but would like to see more from the artist. Does anyone know who this is from?

I don't know how to link to it, I can only forward the original format in Telegram. It's a chat program. Pretty much someone just posted the video and no one knows where the original is from.
