Alya is Lady Wifi in this picture, which she is unable to become without being either corrupted and controlled by Hawk Moth, or forcibly transformed and controlled by another villain. The fact that she is Lady Wifi in this picture is, in-universe, explicit evidence that she has been corrupted and is being controlled by somebody. The flag is wrong.
Shouldn't any fanart of Lady Wifi (or any other Akumatized villain) count then? What if I just uploaded this:

It could, technically, but it's silly to upload that sort of stuff when it's not going to be titillating to anyone. I limit myself to stuff that I feel would have erotic value to people, and only fan art or manips. It all technically counts, but I have standards for myself to make sure that I'm not obnoxiously flooding the hub with stuff that no one would want to see.

Well this is clearly a choloform fetish picture, something I got picked on for uploading even though I tried to alter mine into a hypnotic drug kind of picture. This uploader made no such attempt. And besides, look at the first page of results for Alya: hypnohub.net/post?tags=alya_cesaire. There's over a dozen pictures on there that are just fan art and make no attempt to be "titillating".
