Sure, though it's not rosvo you should ask but the artist who drew this pic as it's technically their art (if you meant ask me then okay). As for why Rosvo doesn't want his stuff posted here, that's my fault actually, when I started posting on the previous site I put up every rosvo image I had ever collected, including several dozen that he had put up behind a paywall, so Rosvo requested them all taken down and his name be put on the DNP list. Doesn't help that back then I acted like a bit of an asshole about the whole thing, particularly because I was an avid supporter of his and even worked with him on writing stories for a few images.
