Contrary to what the picture looks like, there technically isn't any hypnosis in the OVA. It's just all exhibitionism.

I think it's actually a little ambiguous with the Kei land series. There's no overt means of control shown, but people really, really don't act like themselves there.

It could be that they're freed from inhibitions and go wild... Or it could be the park is partially successful through some unseen, sinister means.

Considering the artist in question and the type of stuff he usually writes I would not be surprised if there's a fucking antenna in that castle that's sending out signals that make people horny or just completely loose with their sexual morals

He almost never does MC though. He has one series that revolves around it (which seems to be discontinued at this point) but everything else is just sluts being super slutty
