With the text, the illustrations do take a different story - originally I thought that the pink-eyed girl was controlled in the last panel.

I agree, it really seems like the girl with pink eyes would be controlled,be nice to see a version which does do that.

It could be interpreted that way already. The blonde girl gets to feel nice tits and successfully gets the other girl to get less revealing clothing. If money isn't a problem for her and/or she actually did like to see the other girl's cleavage and wanted an excuse to plant her face into it, she won.

Well, this is at least 93% less evil than the usual Stroke manip. No one was killed, no one was arrested, or entirely enslaved to someone's will. There's only a handful of Stroke manips like this (read: not completely evil).
Is this a turning point? Most likely not.

Ha, yeah. Then again, I suppose that could, rather morbidly, fall under "no one was killed".
