This is a commission of kittyissac's character named Avery. He is transgender and thus goes by "he" and other male pronouns.

Here we have him sitting beside his cellphone that still displays the hypnotic spiral that put him in the situation he is in now. Completely nude on his bed and oh-so-very aroused. He can't help it, though. The message on the phone made things very clear. This is how he should be.

I guess this pic would be like reversed futa? Which could be the transgender tag, but then again, is it neither male or femsub? transsub? futasub? I'd say go for futasub

Truthfully, I think we need a tag for things like this. We have a tag for women with penises, but I haven't seen one for the reverse.

No, that's the general baseline for tagging. I'm personally really loathe to do anything about it in this case though, but we've already had an artist who did art of predominantly trans characters be told they wouldn't be able to tag them properly. =__= To widow et al, I'd suggest making a case in the <<hypnohub.net/forum/show/51288|official tags thread>>

[Also since the 'transgender' tag on here doesn't apply to actual trans people, it look like 'transformation' got tacked onto this as an alias]


That aside, while this might seem like an odd thing to praise, the attention to detail with the chest scarring is nice.

There was a "cuntboy" tag but it's gone now. I wish it could be more popular, but men tend to be too defensive of their heterosexuality...
