I remember there being a story based on this image. I recall reading it but I can't seem to find a link to it. Does anyone know where I can find it?

If I'm not mistaken, the story for this was written by BluRider. I think? That would explain why it's gone, since he pulled all his fanfiction from his dA page. Last I heard you can still get his old stories by sending him a note on dA though.
Please correct me if I'm wrong about any of this, BluRider.

Right on all counts, thank you petal.

Actually, it's one of my stories that got me this image, as well: this pic is the commission I won from getting 1st place in one of jimryu's short story contests.

Of course, once I had the image, I had to write a story to do it justice... and so the cycle continues. =)

You guys can feel free to message me here or on dA if you would like any of my old works. I removed them from dA myself a while ago, since I'd become a community mod and it would be hypocritical of me to enforce the site's rules without following them myself... but I still have all the stories (plus some new works) and I'm always happy to share.
