The legs and part of the body appear disproportionate to its size with respect to the head, because this image was edited (in the original one, was taken from another perspective).
Or is that, or is that I made a fatal mistake.

Ah, sorry! Since your original pic was taken at an angle, I tried correcting the perspective to the best of my abilities. I guess I could have done better ^^;

And I have a question: If I upload material that was made from the techniques of other artists Can it be considered "plagiarism"?

Using other people's art as a reference is fine to an extent. You just wanna make sure it doesn't veer into tracing territory. With these pics you clearly didn't trace, but you referenced the original comic pretty heavily. In future you probably want to differentiate it more from the source material (if you choose to reference at all, that is)

No harm done, though. The original artist (Penken) isn't upset or anything.
