IDK if I would do this in Alaska but I did it in DC the other day when we had under 40° weather and with cute boots and knee highs I was actually p warm

Knee high boots and over-the-knee socks, plush so nice dress, plush blanket scarf, a nice long coat, and a mug of nice hot tea is the best combo for a chilly day. Well, second best... add in being hypnotized and it'll top the list for sure! <3

In Japan actually a lot of girls wear thick coat with skirt since winter in Japan isn't always too cold. With the exception in northern part like Hokkaido.
1
