Mistress Luquier, one of the highest-ranking performers, practices the rare art of dragon taming. The exact method is a trade secret. It's suspected that Charm, the brainwashing power in Luquier's right eye, is involved. Between her affinity for dragons and legion of brainwashed servants, it only makes sense that she'd try to transfigure them into more vicious, desirable pets. (Droll Kimberly may or may not have had a hand in this.)
Of course, the Silver Thorn servants more than happy to oblige - anything to please their dear Mistress. Pain is nothing compared to a double-dose of raw power and pleasure. Skin stretches, creases into scales, and toughens. Nails curl into flesh-rending talons. Bones crack, organs shift. The face becomes longer thanks to a growing, toothy maw. Wings poke beneath the skin before bursting out with spikes, scales and leather. In one motion, this soul's spine snaps into an elegant, powerful tail. As she slowly loses her humanity, instinct and conditioning spill over reason, telling her but one thing: obey.
All for the sake of her Mistress and the Silver Thorns' lethal art.

This is a commission I did that I've been working on for a while as I've never done such a transformation before! Definitely gave me the much needed practice!
The story above is provided by the commissioner~! It's much better than what I had going, haha.

Deck got flaunted in the anime, but it's not like we get to see her brainwash a dragon or anything. This is in part because the CFV anime is paranoid about using its awesome, original world. It's gotten better about it with G. (Units possessing someone's body instead of the other way around might be up some people's alleys.)
For those of you who don't like reading: Luquier is a 1000-year-old dragon tamer who can brainwash almost anything by making eye contact (think Code Geass). During Season 3 of the anime (best time marker for now), she got made into a host for Link Joker, an alien servant of the Void. They effectively brainwashed a brainwasher.
After being purified from LJ's influence, she began treating her servants with a lot more love and respect. Of course, none of this got animated...
...okay, there were two eps that showed us the deck with LuquieR and were kind of good on their own account.
Re: Jojo reference...short answer, no, but nice try baiting me into a meme. Long answer, a Rozen Maiden reference is more likely. White (not silver) thorns are the signature weapon of Kirakishou, the major antagonist of the Rozen Maiden sequel, which happened to get its anime adaptation around the time Luquier got her own archetype.
