The idea is that she's forcing the viewer to look at her by some force coming from her finger. There is a little bit of resistance from the viewer to look away, but she is able to maintain her grip with only a little bit of effort from her hand, which is why half of the animation is actually the view panning rather than her shaking. I figured I would have had to explain this one sooner or later, it's experimental for sure.
