I remember running across this comic a few months back. Not normally the speed of the Hub, but it's a great demonstration of the power and threat of one of my favorite villains in the show.

I wish Mickey did lewd. Actually, he has another piece with sketches of Peach and Bowser in which Bowser is hypnotizing Peach. I'm too lazy to find that though.

Probably safe to assume he had a bit of a hypno thing.

People just got spoiled on fun, hammy villains, that they didn't see the value of an enemy that would probably just murder you if it caught up to you, instead of boast and laugh for 20 minutes.

King Sombra had such wasted potential as a villain, which is a shame because he also has one of the coolest villain concepts in the series, and a cool design to match.
