You can see the shattered remains of Lord Camelot on her arm there, also this mash is based off berserker Lancelot.

In a way this could be an alter Galahad with that spear since he was said to have a spear that may or may not be the spear of destiny, anyway like the picture even if I want to cry seeing our junior's face here.
It's a Mash Alter, Galahad has yet to appear in the game, and currently (in the lostbelt series) refusing to help, forcing Mash to wear a powered suit to compensate for the loss of her demi-servant powers.

There was actually a doujin "approved" by Type-Moon called "Fate Grand Order Alternative" in which Mashu doesn't get the heroic spirit of Sheilder but rather a user of the spear (not sure if Lancer or maybe a different class?) This doujin would contain different singularities such as Macedonia and Aztec. the servant she would be possessed by would be Longinus, the man who stabbed Jesus as he hung on the cross. ( I'm still not sure how that plays into becoming a Lancer, if you're only known for stabbing one man with a spear to make sure he was dead, but whatever, Fate/verse has done weirder. Also I thought Longinus was the name of the spear and not the man but whatever? ) Her NP is Longinus - Heart-breaking Blood-drenched Holy Spear.

However, as of October of 2017, the sale of the doujin was halted due to the author not following guidelines set by Type-moon. (Since it is an "official doujin".)
He plans to fix it and be ready again.

What guidelines did the author not follow?
It doesn't explicitly say (or if it does, I don't know how to read japanese so..) but from what some sites say, it has to do with violating guidelines for derivative works (whatever that means?) It is said that he has to change the cover and logo of his books in order to meet the guidelines, so it might just be something minor like something was illustrated wrongly or something.
