Oh, we have a wedding ring tag. Neat. That's either going to be used for wholesome, consensual hypnosis, or hypnosis that steals someone from their loved one. Ah, I can't wait for the tag to become a doubled-edged sword for people looking through it.

PS: Should "No, that's important" be "No, it's important"?

Not quite. I believe it's short for "No, that is important."

granted, I feel the sentence should of been "No, this one is important" just for clarity.

"No, that is important" could be correct, I guess. I suppose I just had a knee-jerk reaction because "it" ("it's" in this case) feels more natural (at least to me) in conversation unless "that" is necessary.

Then again, I guess he's being MCed, so it probably shouldn't sound entirely natural.

PS: I think "it" could be used because it can function like both "this" and "that". Since we don't see what prompts her response ("No, that's important"), we don't know if he's contesting the importance of her question itself ("this") or her having/wanting to ask the question ("that").

Saying "[Asking a question](That) is not important" vs "[Your question](It) is not important"

{Wait, why am I debating grammar on *this* site of all places?}
