On her hand is meant to be a physical manifestation of the spell in use, it's literally just there for fluff.

As for the backstory, The setting used for this is meant to be Eberron, more specifically the city of Stormreach, where the Drow guy (A paladin/Blackguard of Vulkoor) had the feels for the Dwarf lady, a Cleric of the Sovereign Host named Flower. Thinking that she'll reject him on the spot for being a jungle savage, he calls upon the aid of a enchantress and planned together a rather good time in the back alleys of the city. The two doms seemed to not only get a pleasurable moment, but Jaclyn leaves with a hefty payment and the Drow leaves with a new slave.


and I'll be honest, I just shit this story out of my ass so don't mind how terribly written it is.
