This was one of my all time favorite pieces of hypno-fetish material when I was younger. I just loved watching all the kids rise out of their sleep, empty-eyed and blank, walking mindlessly into the city streets after the music. I especially liked this part, focusing on Chibi Usa/Rini. The close-up we get of her bare feet as she obediently marches down the sidewalk probably helps a lot. If I recall correctly, when Usagi/Serena grabs her later on in this scene to stop her from marching on board the ship with all the other mesmerized children, she struggles while repeating "let me go" in a monotone voice. And after that, I believe there's a brief scene where the Sailors themselves get put into a trance by the music. Sailor Moon was a series filled with mind control and this movie fully embraced it lol.

Did the foot scene give you a fetish for them? Also you should make a follow up when the other girls are hypnotized by the music

Oh heck no, I had a foot fetish before I saw this movie. Might've started with The Little Mermaid, I'm not sure. Anyway, I'm not sure if you're addressing me with that last statement, but I won't be making or commissioning any follow-up to this.

They're referring to "I believe there's a brief scene where the Sailors themselves get put into a trance by the music.", ie; uploading that scene.

Oh that. Well, I don't have this movie on hand anymore, so I can't really do that. I don't think it would lend itself well to a gif anyway, because iirc, once the bad guy starts playing the music, you just kinda see what the Sailors are seeing in trance until Tuxedo Mask shows up and shatters the illusion. It's been a while, so I may be off about that.
