Okay, I can't confirm it for absolutely sure, but in my professional opinion, I'm pretty sure Nagito is the Dom. My reasoning being that only three characters wear a jacket remotely resembling the jacket being worn here in their standard sprite attire. Nagito, Makoto, and Byakuya. Byakuya's jacket is more black then green, and Makoto's has buttons on the side, which are absent here so, I'm going to say this is Nagito... Unless, of course, the artist meant for it to be a generic Dom which might be the case.
