This image portrayed eye-rolling, drooling and the "o" expression for the mouth all while the character in question was still standing. It was a different issue than what you described. There also was no clear statement as to why it was removed, beyond that of "no clear hypnosis" or something...
Honestly, I'd say the problem here is nearly the opposite of what you described, Roxa; since here, eye effects were added to make the image nearly exactly like what you've stated to be, not "enough".

Not sure if I follow. My statement is that eye rolls + open mouth + drool is clearly not enough to indicate hypnosis. With this manip, we have more context, the glowing liquid and eyes make it quite clear (for people who have this fetish/kink at least) that she drank a hypnotic drink. This is enough context imo.

If you say so, but then I would go a step further and say that if that indeed is the case (which it might be in some cases) then nothing is really enough to indicate hypnosis or mind control.
I guess at least the art can be seen again... still I cant wrap my brain around "rolling eyes and a cummin face" isnt hypno enough, specially when talking about darkest dungeon and its eldrich lore, ok so, slight SPOILER: after the first big dungeon, the character you play, the Heir isnt quite the same anymore, he haves halucinations he sees mosters and things for fractions of a second imgur.com/a/W25C7PU and the player doenst know what is real and what is not. in the linked images, is the original Tavern change. now this artist makes a mod, changing that guy with a girl and making her instead of be filed by wierd leaches, she is cumming, and its a sign that the influence of that elder thing... is growing. that seems preatty evident to me.
