Because when I see the picture in its original resolution (1400x3000) I can read it clearly.

I dont know why that happened to you, but this is the text:

(A strange situation has been reported in a remote place that is used as a holiday camp. Many people returns to their homes saying it has been amazing, they become elusive when asked what they did there. Finally the police decided to send people to investigate, however, due to the lack of evidence and high priority events in the city, only one patrol could be sent, ordering them to report everything they find or undertake withdrawal if the situation becomes dangerous.
