I feel like this is a knowable thing. I have to think someone could construct something that could list the number of users that blacklist a given tag.

The point of it is so people, hopefully, tag them more frequently rather than squick out visitors until us regulars get around to filling out the tag list.

My purpose for this list is as a step towards a how-to-tag guide, where it would be part of the important-tags-to-tag part. That's why I was more inclined to add tags that are more like content-warnings.
