Just another tist: I do like fun and it wouldn't be fun having no competition as this also allows for me to get some action on both sides potentially.
0.01% Ratio: Like I said I do want competition but I also don't want this to be I turn any corner and run into another tist, it would make encountering another one more special.
Methods - Pocket Watch, Spiral, Chemical, and Visors: Enough for some good variety while leaving it mostly eye focused so you can avoid it if you try, I do like it being fair after all.
Effects - Triggers, Alter Body (and Plus version, I am a furry cannot help myself), Drone: Being bi means I'm not too worried about the biological sex, but I will get curious and could do some good for trans people if the modifications are permanent, I'm a villain not a monster after all.
Reaction - Realistic, Happy, Blank, Worship: If I go through all the effort of breaking one's will down I would like to have some different mixes, and how a tist keeps their subjects could tell you a lot about them.
Lasts a Year: I mean come one, points to spare why not extend duration, and doesn't mean they'll be fully free with triggers and what not.
Resistances - You, Other tists, Strong willed: I mean like I said I am not fully evil even with what some would view as absolute power, I can play the role though for fun but side with the goody two shoes when there's an actual BAD guy. After all I have to live on this world too.
Perks - No disease, Good digestion, Happy parents: All of these are really simple to put down, no one likes STD's they ruin the fun. Not into umm scat... And well I don't want to force people to have kids with me.
Drawbacks - Aggressive tists, Rules are rules, Reduced limits: I might change Aggressive tists for something of comparable point value if it makes ALL other tists megalomaniacs as I don't want all of them to be like that just a good variety. As for rules, well I like playing carefully, and you can learn a thing or two from the mistakes of others. As for reduced limits, I don't want people to die that often as a result of this...

I spent about 18 points basically making the world a hypno utopia, with humanity upgraded to being unbreakable to the point they fight back diseases and regular sources of wounds like they're not even there, their bodies also able to digest and use any source of nutrients to it's fullest (it probably doesn't make it more palatable, but highly efficient bodies need less food and can eat even food gone bad without ill effect) making a massive dent into world-hunger, tists are mostly well-meaning, which is probably why people basically suddenly decided to stop getting into war for stupid reason and maintain a functional society, oh, and now everyone has perfect and at will birth control, meaning no unwanted children, anymore, EVER.
I honestly don't know what I'll spend my remaining 7 points on. I still got time to figure out what's the best kinky use off that world rewrite later on, right?

A world where everyone is reasonable, considerate, prudent, and deliberate is what we describe when we say "there's a special hell for politicians", and yeah, it did eat up most of my budget, but I can live with that. Now I've got 3 points left, what can I do with that...

The end goal of this setup is bimbofication plague inc. Each time a person is affected, they get a little bit hornier and their assets get a little bit bigger (alter body removes the need to stay within human limits). They're aware of the changes, but it's so widespread that it can't be fully avoided, especially not with the new treatments to the tap water.
