Sorry for the... word-brick at the bottom. Tried to fit these in other ways and chase the plot-bunny at the same time.
Had an inspiration of sorts - mixed with an older idea.

Fantastic idea. A nice bit of unaware and a tiny bit of corruption at the bodyguard aspect.

I'm kind of distracted by the fact that this plan ALMOST works. The only true point of failure is that other adventurers keep coming in, and she's being forced to capture them. It would be nice to see what happens to those adventurers, if they also come up with ineffective plans...

But I kind of prefer the idea tbat they just eventually figure out to stop sending people in, and the incubus gets his comeuppance being held hostage by this absolute unit.
