Saimin Jikken(run at compatible mode), saimin Yuugi, saimin Enbu (can run on iso, no need to install, neat) - all from staffing, slow induction, gorgeous artwork, nice concept (espexially Yuugi, but I guess U know already lel)

saimin jutsu 1(need some extra work with the OS and screen, for the 16th years old game, was the best in its prime, now live in our memory, play the Re for the love of god),
2 (good concept, wide range but easy to proceed routes, as I manage to clear without any walkthrough, really really really deeper than the crap condensed in the Anime),
3(not quite as good),
Re(remake of 1, with extra mayo, extra salad, extra salt, but still the same shit)

there's an extra fan game for saimin jutsu too but don't play, just people fucking each other there and stories from victim perspective, no extra induction phase

daisaimin was good, at least the best in the "I-shoot-you-in-the-face-and-you-are-in-my-control" genre, on tied with gakuen reido I think, but I like it more, the art work and processes have good investment, the victim was slowly bend, not suddenly changed like other games. Gakuen reido surprisingly worse than its anime, so not really worth spending time on

saiminbo was.... kinda good, just I don't really into making someone else my mother, heh, art was nice, drug was fun, girls were good, story was... kinda dodgy, but cute i think

ren'nai saimin, good art, mild, not too aggressive, prepare for a long going talking watching flirting ....... induction 's a bit lacking though, might be boring

saimin gakuen - mother of the genre, don't expect to have an easy time playing with all the old game engine and stiffy artwork, story was the base of all the saimin stuff we have now, got sth like 10 endings I think, didn't spend that long to go with it, U know the rest through the anime

all the rest are craps U can use for Fap, some can't even do for the level of artwork.

I'm not sure if it's technically mind control (I'd say it'd classify as corruption) and it's probably not everyone's cup of tea since it also focuses a lot on rape, but I really liked the Kansen series.
It's essentially a zombie apocalypse story, except the virus turns people into sex crazed nymphomaniacs, despite the silly premise the games actually get genuinely creepy at times.

The same company, artist, and writer did both of the above, and there's some character overlap because they're set in the same school. Very high quality art combined with stories that are relatively more hypnosis-focused (as opposed to sex-focused) leads me and probably some other users of this site to consider these two visual novels the epitome of MC visual novels.

Whereas the two Staffing games are more about slow inductions and application of hypnosis in a pseudo-realistic setting, these games (also by the same writer) are more sci-fi. Inductions are quick and 'magical', and the focus is on multiple mind controllers battling each other.

This game uses hypnosis with keyword triggers as the method of induction. The story becomes less MC focused later on, but does dabble heavily into neotare. Personally I think the neotare aspects of the game (a competing guy trying to steal your girls with hypnosis) really allows this otherwise mundane game to stand out.

Overall, you should expect to have some grasp of common spoken Japanese, or otherwise read pages upon pages of machine translation, in order to get a gist for the stories of these games.
