A Question about Real People, Avatars, and Parodies
Okay, so I just wanted some clarification on what was actually allowed on Hypnohub when it came to this stuff.
I know for a fact that actual people and their likeliness is a big no-no, and I can get with that. So why is Manaworld's Nicki Minaj pic still here? Is it because it's old, or is there something with that pic that makes it okay?
Secondly, the topic of Avatars. I know there is a LOT of JaidenAnimation stuff (that poor girl) and some of it is hypno-themed. If that is necessarily her avatar, isn't it okay to post something like that here? She has that one VTuber model that looks A LOT more like her, and honestly, that one sounds more concerning being on here than her little 2d avatar.
Finally, Fortnite and Call of Duty Skins. Ariana Grande is on Fortnite, while Nicki Minaj is on Call of Duty. If someone drew THAT VERSION of them, instead of IRL models or influences, can that be allowed on this website?
I guess the general question is: How far does the ban go on real people and their likeliness? I know the hard cap is on the actual person themselves, but how far does that extend to when avatars, video game models, or personal parodies come into question?
