Does anyone know if there is an mind control / hypno app simulator around somewhere?

I'm not talking about a game where the MC as an hypno app but instead about the app itself.

It's not really an app, but I know people use Nimja a lot since it's very customizable. If the goal is an app with a spiral, I also feel like Google Play would have plenty to work with and mess around with.
