I remember some episodes. For example episode 105 of keroro gunsou has a sakura tree that makes people fall in love. There is also episode 75 where a girl who already loves Fuyuki Hinata becoems evil and wants to conquer the world for him. She uses Keroro and other alien frogs to build a device that send waves that alter the brain of humans (and also makes machines malfuction) to make the entire planet obsessed by Fuyuki Hinata.

In addition to that, there I think episode 129 of Inuyasha has that: an ugly monster has a crown or a head accessory and if he it goes on someone's head, the person loves the monster and think he is hot (it works regardless of gender). Inuyasha was temporarily affected and then Kagome was.
