I've been wanting to create new tags but i don't really know how, My three assumptions were
1.) Use them on new posts u make
2.) Add them onto existing posts if u think they fit there
3.) Create them in the tags section.
But all 3 have problems, I'm not good with posting stuff, I can't really make that good of art and my one post is a manip someone made that I believe I credited, if I didn't I can fix that, then when I put them on existing posts they get removed and I don't wanna poke the bear if I'm doing something wrong, and I also couldn't find an option in the tags page, could I get some help? I don't wanna break any rules. Btw the manipper was from another website, if having it up is an issue I will gladly remove it

1-Come up with a definition and niche use for the tag
2- (optional but very helpful) bring up a good amount of examples of pics that would fit the new tag
3- Fight the mods on the official tags thread and refine it further there
4- ??? I guess at some point most people approve it and you can add it
