I get why the rule is there, obviously, but... am I a "new user" after almost 3 years? Did I not fill my account information out enough that I'm "anonymous" as far as the site's concerned? Not quite following.
posting links in general is flagged automatically. it's a side effect of turning off anonymous comments as a whole
