A long time ago, around 2012 or so, I heard this amazing Japanese song on a 'Tales of' MAD (MAD's are AMVs but from Japan). The video use to be on YouTube but it got taken down for some reason. Now all I have is a small portion of the melody in my memory.

I've tried searching by humming the melody using online sites like YouTube, Google, etc. At this point, I think I'd have a better chance of relying on people than machines. Is there any place I can upload a soundbite of the melody in hopes of sharing it with others who might know what the song is?

I don't know the song, but reddit has several big subreddits for sharing stuff like this, try /r/amv and /r/NameThatSong first; and maybe others like it if they can't find it
