The tail reminds me of that one Tom and Jerry episode where Tom gets turned into a robot because He ate a motherboard lol.

I don't remember that one - I'll have to check it out!

I do remember "Advance and Be Mechanized," one of my favorite scenes when I was growing up, where both Tom and Jerry were brainwashed and robotized using mind control helmets. When their helmets activated, they stiffened up and their tails stuck straight out, which always made me think they were...enjoying the robotization.
