Two notex here. One - this is a 'classic', monochrome version, but there exists a (as far as I know) fan-colored one I decided to not use for validity of image source.

Two - note that the 'boy' in here is not, in fact, Gregory. Aka he is not approximately twelve, but older.

Someone doesn't know their fnaf lore. By the time the Pizza Plex is built Mr Afton has long been dead. Instead if I remember correctly the one running the pizza Plex is in adult robot of Elizabeth Afton. I could be wrong because fnaf lore is an ever-changing landscape.

...My knowledge may be outdated and my theory-fu nonexistent, but

[SPOILERS]

wasn't there a literal 'Burntrap' character at one of the endings of FNAF:SB, who has distinct purple eyes and may be controlled by 'Glitchtrap' character from FNAF:HW, whom may be (or may not be) a digital manifestation of William Afton's soul post hell?
And wasn't that mentioned a couple times that Vanessa was the original protagonis from FNAF:HW, whom was corrupted into Vanny by said Glitchtrap?

And sure, wiki says that it MAY BE all this Mimic from that DLC to FNAF:SB that I didn't follow, but... Like, you know.

To be honest, I don't terribly care. If I'm wrong - sure, okay. No skin off my teeth, this gestalt has been closed anyway.

@Stewarone Burntrap is fortunately non-canon based on the events of Ruin and subsequent VR games. While Gregory did indeed go down to the FNAF 6 location with Vanessa, the Mimic is what was down there instead. Burntrap was all some comic drawings Gregory made at some point, likely inspired *by* the Mimic.

Several other SB endings are also non-canon little comics Gregory had drawn at some point. Basically, half of the game's endings are all Gregory's imagination at play with the actual events that transpired.
