Giving big breasts to a character who doesn't normally have them makes her look less like herself and therefore generally less appealing to the presumed target audience of porn featuring the character. (Granted, there are some fetishes where looking less like herself in specific ways is the point, but that doesn't seem to be in play here.) For me personally, this doesn't cross the line into "that's not Frieren, that's a generic Sexy Anime Girl cosplaying as Frieren," but it's edging close to that territory.
