For the confused:

Fate(Typemoon) is a franchise that features the manifestations of mythological and historical figures and they battle royale or try to save time look it's weird don't try to make sense of it.

Mata Hari is a famous spy (but not really) from World War 1 who established the entire concept of the vamp/femme fatale and kicked off hysteria in France as all sorts of catastrophes were blamed on her. Mata Hari was also very famously a burlesque dancer, stripper, and courtesean and prior to the war was a celebrity.

As such, she has a variety of abilities that give her the capability to essentially brainwash anyone, even other magic punch ghosts:

Espionage (A Rank): This Skill does not conceal one's presence, but rather makes their very presence not feel like that of an opponent's, causing the user to appear as someone familiar or harmless. Since it is ranked A , as long as there is no indictment from her ally faction, it is impossible to perceive any hostility from her. However, the moment she starts to attack directly, this Skill loses its effects.

Pheromone (B Rank): Pheromone is the general term for substances secreted or ejected from the insides of an animal's body, and they cause an effect on the behavior and physiological state of another specimen of the same race. Without even passing through as a beautiful courtesan, she can dissolve the wariness of men and women alike, and as long as she does not make a mistake in the approach of her conversations, she can probably even obtain information from the innermost circles.

And of course, her magical brainwashing dance that you don't even remember being affected by:

Mata Hari's Noble Phantasm is Mata Hari. By performing a dance, Mata Hari forcibly paralyzes people's trains of thoughts. Ordinary people, Masters, and even Servants who do not have Mental Resistance Skills and are not under Madness Enhancement fall under this Noble Phantasm's effects, regardless of their gender. A person who failed at their check becomes Mata Hari's puppet. The effects last until the sun rises. However, it can be repeatedly used on the same person. Each successful use of Mata Hari also makes it more difficult for the target to resist it. (...) However, because it leaves no evidence that the Noble Phantasm has been employed, it is possible to repeatedly use it on the same individual.
